This agreement is between How to Live Free (Company) at 1621 Central Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001 and Client.

Service Description. Guidance and support for living an authentic free life.

Term. Open.

Fees. Free with voluntary donations.

Guarantee. The same guarantee that life offers.

Termination. By either party with or without cause.

Confidentiality. All information provided that is not public or commonly available will be kept confidential.

Intellectual Property. Company retains all rights and sole ownership of all website content.

Indemnification. Company is indemnified and held harmless for any aspect of services provided that are beyond its control and makes no explicit claims for outcomes of advice or ideas.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of and in the Jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming.

Disputes. Resolution will be by duel with coin toss to specify method.
