How do people end up there?

Two Types of Crimes:

1. Serious (Felonies). Harming others physically or taking (big amounts) of what doesn’t belong to you. Congratulations you found a new home.
2. Petty (Misdemeanors). Fights, DUIs, minor thefts. You will get slapped around a bit but survive.

Two Reasons:

1. Guilty – You did bad things and got caught.
2. Innocent – You didn’t do bad things but were accused and convicted anyway.

You can control your own acts so don’t be stupid. You live in a massive surveillance state, there are cameras everywhere watching and tracking you at all times. If you scratch your ass the event ends up in some database. Crime rarely pays anyway. Whatever gains you thought you made are dissipated in lawyer fees, fines and lost income rotting in jail. Being branded a criminal is permanent and inescapable. You become an untouchable and will be lucky to get a janitor job when they toss you out in the street. You will be one small misstep away from being incarcerated again and again. Your life turns to crap and stays that way.

You may indeed have been innocent (that time). You can’t control a corrupted system designed to grind up any and all they can. DA’s get points for convictions and are never held accountable for wrongful ones. They use plea bargains to coerce and extort each accused to get win a case. The method used would make Cartel gangs blush. They escalate charges and then offer a “deal” by reducing them. Similar to some discount which was a sleight of hand raising and then lowering a price to dupe the gullible shopper into thinking they beat the store. Vegas does the same to fleece idiots who want to be big shots for a day and watch some drunk Elvis impersonator puke on his shoes on the Strip.

The accused and arrested and softened up in County jail. Terrorized and abused. The DA offers them a deal they can’t refuse. They are penalized if you won’t budge and demand a jury trial under their Constitutional rights.

This triggers Hiroshima level retribution from the System. The prosecutors and the courts will crunch them into dust with maxed out sentences as a lesson to others that may demand or expect fairness. Silly girl.

So how can you ensure you are not the next victim of justice?

1. Avoidance – Don’t be at places or with people that inevitably lead to stupid outcomes.

2. Prevention – Don’t let your emotions run faster than your head. Don’t be a smart ass with cops. They know the game and you don’t. They have guns (and you better not have a gun).

This applies especially to relationships. Let’s say you get home early from work to find your girlfriend or wifey In flagrante delicto. You fly into a blind rage and start kicking serious ass. Cops are called, you get arrested and hauled off to jail. Her infidelities are not considered. You are guilty and are thoroughly trashed by the Justice system. She is free to get your stuff and proceeds to romp every guy in town.

You will be bankrupted by lawyers, despised and humiliated in court where you take the pleas just to get it over with, lose your job, income and reputation, doing community service hours like a slave other chumps or actual criminals. Only because you had to act the fool.

No no no. Instead you smile and immediately leave. Hit record on the iPhone to document that you did not react. Stay with a friend or get a motel. If it’s over, then never ever go back home without a witness. Whatever things you walked away from can be recovered later or replaced. This won’t be easy to do if you are locked up.

Any false accusation starts they system. You are automatically guilty. After are all you are the strong toxic man and she the dainty innocent woman. Therre is no way out. You will be offered a Hobson’s Choice plea bargain guaranteed to screw you into the ground. The system does not act on her behalf. The system has its own purpose and momentum. You are invited to lunch. You are the lunch.

Keep cool and start playing to win like your life depends on it. It does. Lawyer up and start protecting your assets. This must be done before you file for a divorce. Your money is your money only if she can’t get to it first. Second pace is last place. File and start a new life free as a bird. Never ever communicate with her again. She can easily get restraining orders which with another false accusation sucks you back into the wood chipper.
